Frequently Asked Questions
First, we will do a pre-production meeting to determine exactly what kind of video you are wanting to produce. We will estimate the amount of time it will take to do the interview, identify the photos, videos and assets needed, as well as any additional video that needs to be shot. We will then provide a cost estimate for production. After the agreement is signed, we will begin work on your legacy video.
If there is any sensitive material expected, we are happy to sign a non disclosure agreement and keep the entire production confidential.
After we record the interviews, we will request photos and videos that match the comments that we plan to use in the production. We will condense the interviews to include the most important elements and request the media that compliments and adds to the production. We require all media be provided to us in digital form (scanned photos).
There are many elements that determine the cost of your production. It can be as simple as a raw interview to a fully produced movie quality documentary. After a detailed discussion we will give you an estimate. Range can be from $1500 to $40,000+.
Depending on the number of interviews needed and difficulty of obtaining media, total production time should take no more than 2 months to produce your video if schedules are clear.
